Our aim is to help you by providing a friendly and efficient service where you are cared for as an individual. World English guarantees that:
- Before you start, you will be tested and interviewed to find the best class for you.
- All your teachers are qualified, experienced and friendly.
- Your course books will be provided free of charge while you study with World English.
- Your course will include study of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and the 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- You will have free access to online computers, audio tapes, and TV equipment.
- Your classroom will be carpeted, air-conditioned, with natural light, with a whiteboard, cassette recorder. and an overhead projector.
- Free advice on further study and international examinations will be available to you.
- The school will arrange social events and optional visits to places of interest.
- Before you finish, you will be tested and receive a Report and a Certificate of Attainment.
If you can show that this guarantee was not honoured and we fail to correct this where reasonably possible and within 3 working days, we will refund one week's tuition fee to you.
