Refund Policy
Refunds requested for any courses
more than 10 weeks before starting date:	100%
between 4 and 10 weeks before starting date:	70% of tuition fees
Less than 4 weeks before starting date and thereafter:	40% of tuition fees
After course has started:	30% of unused tuition fees

Other Conditions:
If you are refused a visa, we will refund all of your tuition fee less administration fee. If we cannot deliver your course we will refund all of your unused tuition fee or offer you a comparable course at another institution. Persistent violation of the school's rules is the same as cancelling your enrolment without notice. Administration fee of A$200 is payable upon course cancellation. Two weeks notice is required for homestay cancellation. Refund applications should be in writing. Allow up to 10 days for processing. Students need to be aware that personal information may be made available by the provider to Commonwealth and State Agencies and the ESOS Assurance Fund Manager. This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia's consumer protection laws. The registered provider's dispute resolution processes do not circumscribe the student's right to pursue other legal remedies.

World English refund policy complies with, and improves upon, Australian government
