Refund Policy
Refunds requested for any courses
more than 10 weeks before starting date: 100%
between 4 and 10 weeks before starting date: 70% of tuition fees
Less than 4 weeks before starting date and thereafter: 40% of tuition fees
After course has started: 30% of unused tuition fees





Other Conditions:
  • If you are refused a visa, we will refund all of your tuition fee less administration fee. If we cannot deliver your course we will refund all of your unused tuition fee or offer you a comparable course at another institution. Persistent violation of the school's rules is the same as cancelling your enrolment without notice.
  • Administration fee of A$200 is payable upon course cancellation.
  • Two weeks notice is required for homestay cancellation.
  • Refund applications should be in writing.
  • Allow up to 10 days for processing.
  • Students need to be aware that personal information may be made available by the provider to Commonwealth and State Agencies and the ESOS Assurance Fund Manager.
  • This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia's consumer protection laws.
  • The registered provider's dispute resolution processes do not circumscribe the student's right to pursue other legal remedies.
